Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that order processing times may vary during peak periods or special promotions, but we will notify you of any delays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
- Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to Pakistan.
- Although we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order has been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@arthoherb.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
